One Community Link’s Presence at CAP 2026
For One Community Link, attending CAP 2026 was more than just joining an international event. It was a chance to build relationships, share knowledge, and take part in important global conversations about anti-racism, inclusion, and community empowerment.
Marsha Garratt’s participation showed OCL’s ongoing commitment to supporting diverse voices, building cross-cultural partnerships, and creating opportunities for communities to grow together.
During the event, OCL connected with community leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, and organisers from local and international communities. These conversations highlighted the value of working together, learning from each other, and taking community-led action to address inequality and create real social change.
Looking Ahead
The inaugural CAP gathering marks the start of what could become an important global platform for Afrikan collaboration and dialogue. One Community Link is proud to have been part of this historic moment and looks forward to continuing the conversations, partnerships, and opportunities that emerged from the convening.
In the coming days, we will share more reflections, stories, photos, and experiences from OCL’s journey in The Gambia. We will highlight the people, conversations, and cultural moments that made CAP 2026 such a powerful and memorable experience.
